Refund policy

At Well Cure Homoeo, we carefully check, pack, and dispatch every order with care. Please read our return, refund, and exchange policy before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered. All sales are final.

Products cannot be returned due to change of mind, personal preference, incorrect order placed by the customer, or after the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If you receive a damaged product, damaged packaging, defective item, or a wrong item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must record a clear and continuous 360° unboxing video at the time of opening the package. The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed outer package before opening

  • The shipping label or order details

  • The complete unboxing process without cuts, edits, or pauses

  • The condition of the product and packaging after opening

  • The damaged product, damaged packaging, defect, or wrong item clearly visible

The unboxing video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery as proof of damage or issue.

Exchange Eligibility

An exchange may be approved only after our team reviews and verifies the unboxing video and the reported issue.

If your exchange request is accepted, we will arrange a replacement of the same product at no additional product cost. We do not offer exchanges for a different product.

Exceptions and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items reported after 24 hours of delivery

  • Items without a valid 360° unboxing video

  • Items where the video starts after the package has already been opened

  • Items with edited, unclear, paused, or incomplete unboxing videos

  • Items that have been opened, used, altered, or tampered with beyond the reported damage

  • Items without original packaging, labels, or invoice

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Items Sent Back Without Approval

Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving exchange approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

We do not issue cash refunds for delivered orders. Eligible claims, after verification, will be resolved through product exchange only, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
