At Well Cure Homoeo, we carefully process, pack, and ship every order to ensure your products reach you safely.

Please read our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after successful order confirmation and payment verification.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or outside working hours may be processed on the next working day.

During high order volume, festivals, holidays, courier delays, or unexpected operational issues, order processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping and Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is usually 7–14 working days, depending on your location, courier availability, and serviceability.

Delivery timelines may vary for remote areas, non-metro locations, weather-related delays, public holidays, courier issues, address-related issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

We currently ship orders within India only.

For orders within India, we charge a flat shipping fee of ₹130.

Shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the contact details provided at checkout.

Please ensure that your phone number, email address, and shipping address are correct while placing the order.

Delivery Address and Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Full name

  • Complete address

  • Landmark, if applicable

  • City

  • State

  • PIN code

  • Active phone number

We are not responsible for failed delivery, delay, or return due to incorrect address, incomplete address, wrong phone number, customer unavailability, locked premises, or refusal to accept the order.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping, where applicable.

Damaged Package at Delivery

If the outer packaging appears damaged, leaked, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please record a clear video before opening the package.

To claim an exchange for damaged packaging or a damaged product, you must record a clear and continuous 360° unboxing video at the time of opening the package and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number and registered phone number.

We will help you check the shipment status with the courier partner. However, courier delays caused by logistics partners, weather, strikes, public holidays, address issues, or other external reasons are not fully under our control.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery availability, if offered, will be shown at checkout.

For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Refusal to accept COD orders may affect future COD eligibility.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship orders within India only.

International shipping is not available unless specifically mentioned on the website or confirmed by our team.

Order Cancellation Before Shipping

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation may be accepted only if the order has not yet been shipped or processed for dispatch. Once the order is shipped or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation may not be possible.
