8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered. All sales are final.

Eligible claims related to damaged products, damaged packaging, defective items, or wrong items may be resolved through exchange only after verification.

To be eligible for an exchange, the customer must share a clear and continuous 360° unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

9. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped or processed for dispatch, depending on our operational status at the time of the request.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation may not be possible.
